El Valle at golden hour — jungle mountains meeting the Caribbean
EL VALLE · SAMANÁ
The invitation

You felt it. Here's how people stay.

Every year, a few people decide El Valle isn't a trip — it's where they want to build something. If you're sitting with that feeling, this is where it starts.

Why here

Growth should make the valley better, not busier.

Most development takes from a place until there's nothing left worth taking. We're proving the opposite is possible — and it's the only kind of growth we'll be part of.

Regenerative
We leave the place more alive than we found it.
Dominican
The owners and the experts here are Dominican.
Alive
A community that belongs to the place — not a resort.
Not renderings

Ten places, built and lived in. Nine more growing.

Leisy's Garden, and nine others — real homes and spaces, built with local crews, already part of the valley's daily life. Come see them.

Honestly

This isn't for everyone. That's the point.

We're not selling lots to whoever shows up. We work with a few people a year — people who want to add to this valley, not extract from it. If you're after a quick flip or gated-resort living, we're honestly not your people. But if you want to belong to a place and help it stay itself, we should talk.

And if you've heard the horror stories about buying land abroad — good. Bring every hard question. We'd rather lose a sale than earn your distrust.

Where you might fit

There's more than one way in.

How it works

From a conversation to a place that's yours.

01
A conversation
We talk — what you're imagining, what's real, whether it's a fit. No pitch, no pressure.
02
Walk the land
You see it with your own feet — ideally while you're already here in the valley.
03
The honest part
Title, legal structure, costs, timelines — all of it, in the open. Foreigners can own land here, and we'll show you exactly how.
04
You're part of it
You build, you belong, and the valley keeps its soul. That's the whole point.
Who you'd work with

A relationship, not a transaction.

Austin and Leisy, and a team that lives here. You'll know us by name long before anything is signed. That's not a tactic — it's just how it works when the place is also your home.

Good to know

The questions worth asking.

Can foreigners own land in the Dominican Republic?

Yes — outright, with the same ownership rights as Dominican citizens. There's no special restriction for foreign buyers. We'll walk you through the title, the process, and the structure we use.

What does it cost to get in?

It depends on what you're imagining — a piece of land, a build, a place to stay. We won't make you guess or waste your time: we'll be honest, early, about whether it's in your range.

Is the title secure?

Every parcel is properly titled and verified. Due diligence is part of the process, and we'll always encourage you to bring your own lawyer. Trust is the whole business here.

Do you offer financing?

Some options, depending on the project and where you are in the process. We'll cover it honestly when we talk — no surprises.

I'm only here a few days — can I see it now?

Yes, and that's the best time. Message us and we'll arrange a walk through the valley before you leave.

When you're ready

Everyone here started the same way. They reached out.

No calendar gymnastics, no pressure. Tell us what you're feeling, and we'll take it from there.
