Ten years ago, El Valle was a fishing village.
I came to El Valle ten years ago and couldn't believe I'd never heard of it. The landscapes, the people, the history — the richness of this place stopped me in my tracks. I became part of this community when it was still small and unhurried.
What I recognized early wasn't an opportunity — it was a moment. A place whose character was still intact, where the choices made in the next few years would determine whether it kept its soul or lost it.
I stayed. Leisy and I built projects from the ground up with no prior experience. Our mission is to bring aligned investors to develop El Valle regeneratively — in a way that stays true to the essence that's made it special from the beginning.
